"We found this small restaurant on accident which happened to be our biggest luck on that day. The young server, who happend to be the son of the owners, translated the whole menu for us. The restaurant only serves local dishes and the ones we tried were perfetto. We would come back any time. Mille grazie!"

"What a special place. Hidden in a tiny alley way, we ended up in this restaurant by luck. Family-owned and run, the food was delicious, and very traditional from Genoa - even the typical glass of red wine was a fantastic wine. The host was super kind, and you can tell it's amazing by the locals/regulars who seem to go often. If you're in a hurry, don't go there, you should be without a care in the world, enjoying the atmosphere, jazz music and of course each course of your meal. Apparently the panacotta is a starc I sadly had no more room to even try it. 5 star hidden gem!"

"Very nice and attentive waiter! We had a nice an funny chat with him and he took a photo of us. Special wishes are no problem. Due to small size/kitchen you might have to wait if you order mutiple courses but it's worth it. Aperol spritz wasn't on the menu but they had it. They might offer you a daily dish which is not on the menu. Panna Cotta with caramel is better than with berries. In summer season they offer traditional seats tables on the piazza. We were 11 people an it was no problem. Pizza parma was very good (though it's a pizza bianco). Ravioli with walnutsauce are very delicious. Additionally you should try the menabrera beer as we think it is the best Italian beef so far."
